We are not in business to make big profits from individual jobs, our aim is to build and maintain on-going, working relationships with professional landlords who want the peace of mind knowing they can instruct a reputable company to manage and carry out the various property maintenance work that is constantly required on properties that are rented out.

The Buy To Let sector has grown rapidly over recent years, and most people in this sector are not full time landlords so they will often require a property maintenance service that is easily accessible to them around their full time occupation. We often communicate with clients via e-mail to ensure there is as little disruption to their working life as possible.

We promise not to charge full "tradesmen" rates for all of the smaller common jobs that often need completing on rented properties. We ensure the price of the property maintenance work accurately reflects the size of the job - no minimum daily rates or excessive call out charges.

We currently act for landlords but our property maintenance services are available to anyone who requires property maintenence.
